Most branches are equipped with self-service kiosks that support multiple languages, making the ordering process smooth and stress-free.

Ordering Tip (The Must-Tries) 

To experience the true essence of Korean flavors, the “Injeolmi Bingsu” and “Injeolmi Toast” are non-negotiable staples. The savory soybean powder paired with sweet condensed milk is a combination you won’t forget.

Getting There: Easily Accessible on Foot

Simply search for “Sulbing” on Google Maps and follow the directions. If you’re in a downtown area near a subway station, you’re almost guaranteed to find a Sulbing store within a 10-minute walk.

🤫 Staff’s Secret: Behind the Snowflake Scenes

Having worked as a part-timer in the summer of 2021, I can tell you that the kitchen feels like a war zone during the peak season. Almost a year’s worth of revenue is concentrated in those few hot months. It was so intense that I saw coworkers cry from exhaustion, and many quit after just their first day.

  • The “Happy Mistake”: In the middle of the chaos, we occasionally messed up a recipe. The silver lining? We got to take those “failed” bowls home! Those were the best-tasting bingsus I’ve ever had.

  • The Mint Chocolate Struggle: We secretly dreaded orders for niche menus like Mint Chocolate Bingsu. While popular flavors like Injeolmi and Blueberry had their ingredients ready at our fingertips, we had to go all the way to the back storage to fetch specific toppings for just one Mint Chocolate order.
  • The Lingering Scent: As a bonus, the strong mint scent would stubbornly cling to our gloves for the rest of the shift. If you order Mint Chocolate, just know that a part-timer might be sighing internally—but we’ll still make it delicious for you!
